I tried the Cheese Crackers made from the Kraft Deli Deluxe American Cheese slices. Yum, yum!
The recipe says each serving (1 slice of cheese worth) is 1/2 carb. But the label says zero carbs.

Anyone know why the difference?
I have put on some weight and want to have it off before hubby gets back from Iraq this summer. Can you take a look at my menu and see if it looks ok?
breakfast: 2 eggs fried in 1 tsp butter with 2 center cut slices of bacon
lunch: grilled sirloin with lettuce and 1 tablespoon goddess dressing (65 calories, 1 carb, 6 fat)
dinner: lamb chop with broccoli and 1 tsp butter
Today is day 1 for me.
Ive done Atkins many times before, but this is the first time for the ‘72 version.
So, how many of you subtract your fiber from your total Carb count? I take a couple supplements that are high in fiber. Should i count them or not?
Where do nuts fit in for this 72 version?
Anybody interested in a March 72 challenge?
