a friend of mine had used the program for a short time. she knows that there is a case, etc. she is not part of it.

but she just got a newletter, and it has a success story, and all kinds of wares to buy.

is it ok to get an update here? i thought she was out of biz? is this an OK topic? not trying to do anything wrong. i know there used to be a thread, but i dont know the name of it, so i dont know how to search for it.

today I am roasting a HUGE chicken with lemon and rosemary under the skin (not eating them lemon.. just gives it a wonderful taste.. not to mention how amazing the house smells with the bird roasting!)…

the difference between K/E vs. Kimkins.

I think I’ve "confused" myself with so much reading of posts that I’m not sure of the difference between the two.

K/e – is this mostly lean meat/egss and Kimkins lean meats with veggies ?
