I am going back and forth between strict meat and egg one week and more carbs (close to OWL) the next…

today I am roasting a HUGE chicken with lemon and rosemary under the skin (not eating them lemon.. just gives it a wonderful taste.. not to mention how amazing the house smells with the bird roasting!)…

K/e – is this mostly lean meat/egss and Kimkins lean meats with veggies ?
