Welcome to 2009.

I had a very naughty, carby Christmas and when I came home was up about 6 pounds! But between the sugar and PM gain I think it was mostly water. I went right back on Induction and when I weighed this morning I was back to pre-Christmas weight. Phew, got away with it!

Anyway, I think I’ll stick with Induction level carbs for a couple of weeks to get back into good habits. I was slacking a bit in December, even before Christmas, I admit.
