Just yesterday he put on his new flannel pj bottoms and his matching grey t-shirt and he stopped in the hallway where there is a full length mirror and he said " We have to move this mirror. I’M JUST SO PRETTY I CAN’T STOP LOOKING AT MYSELF"
We started lo carb July 20 2002 to save his life. His BP was very high and he refused to go to the Dr for more meds. He snored like a train. He coughed to the point of passing out. He fell asleep any time he sat still a few minutes. Could not work for about 2 years. He is only 55, but I truely beleived he would not live for 5 more years. When I came home from work I often had a moment of fear if he was not where I could see him. BUT NOW!!! Glourious now!!!! he lost 80 + pounds! In only 5 months and 11 days. No more snore-ing! NO more coughs! AND UNBELEIAVLEBY TO ME HE PUT A NEW ROOF ON THE HOUSE ALL BY HIMSELF!!! All i did was hand up the wood and tin panels. MY FEAR OF NO mate has turned to "we will grow old together" And OMG he is so happier and easy to live with.
AND THERE IS MORE GOOD NEWS!!! HIS ONLY CHILD(35 yo.) JUST HAD A HEALTHY BB BOY. OMG!!! he says he is going to work! Gotta spoil the grand!

Hey there, I started this diet about 2 weeks ago. I am so excited that I just had to let you guys know. I lost 13 pounds!! I have cheated a couple of times though. I found myself not too hungry so I didn’t eat. Therefore, I binged.
NOT GOOD. Either way, I have lost a little over 10 pounds!!!
Well ladies and gentlemen I have lost 13lb and 3 inches in 2wks.. but it has been 4 days and no more wieght loss.. whats up with that.. I also bike 10 miles a day..47lb to go
I know it is best to take vitamin suppliments and I take the generic version of Centrum Silver, because I don’t need the iron. I also take 2 vitamin C tablets a day. Is this enough? or should I be taking something more. I’ve been on the diet for 3 days now. I have 177 lbs to lose. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I´ve been on this diet for nearly 2 months.I just stay in induction all the time otherwise I go out of ketosis.I eat hardly any cheese.no bars,no cheats and still I´ve only lost 10lbs.Any advice I´ve now stalled for about 2 weeks at 158lbs
