Cycling QWL diet

I have about 90 pounds to lose
and I’m going to begin the QWL diet tomorrow (2/28). Many of you seem to have success cycling the diet with an Atkins type diet. I was thinking about cycling 10 days of the QWL with 2 days of regular low-cal eating (veggies, fruits, yogurt, and maybe a Lean Cuisine). Has anyone here tried that? I want the fastness of the QWL diet, and if I had 2 day break to look forward to I would fell much less anxious while on the diet. Since I have so much to lose, I think I’ll go crazy I don’t break it up! I just don’t want to undo all the weight loss of the 10 days in 2.
So…. if anyone’s tried this I would love to hear about it. Also, if anyone has any advice that would be awesome too.
