<p> I have about 90 pounds to lose <img src="/resimler/frown.gif"" border="0" alt="" title="Frown" class="inlineimg" /> and I&#8217;m going to begin the QWL diet tomorrow (2/28). Many of you seem to have success cycling the diet with an Atkins type diet. I was thinking about cycling 10 days of the QWL with 2 days of regular low-cal eating (veggies, fruits, yogurt, and maybe a Lean Cuisine). Has anyone here tried that? I want the fastness of the QWL diet, and if I had 2 day break to look forward to I would fell much less anxious while on the diet. Since I have so much to lose, I think I&#8217;ll go crazy I don&#8217;t break it up! I just don&#8217;t want to undo all the weight loss of the 10 days in 2.</p>
<p> So&#8230;. if anyone&#8217;s tried this I would love to hear about it. Also, if anyone has any advice that would be awesome too.</p>

The reason that I ask is that I know that I can stick with Stillman for the short term, but I don&#8217;t think I can stay with the program on a long term basis. Atkins seems to be doable for life. I don&#8217;t want to put myself in the position of setting up for failure.</p>
