Fav. Low-Carb Meal @ Chili’s, TGI Friday’s, Ruby Tuesday’s, Apple Bee’s, etc.

I go out to eat frequently, and I was just wondering what everyone’s fav. low carb meal to get was for restaurants like Chili’s, Friday’s, etc.

At Chili’s I usually get the Wings over Buffalo, which only has 4 g carbs with the blue cheese dressing!

    I love Ruby Tuesday’s burgers. Eat one without the bun and get some fresh vegetables instead of fries or baked potato.

    I like the Fajitas at Chili’s. I ask for no tortillas and instead a little side dish and extra sour cream.

    My BFF and I go to Chilis at least once a week. I usually get the Quesadilla Explosion salad (No quesadillas, tortilla strips, or corn), dump a whole lot of sour cream and lime over it, and lots of Diet Coke with lime to wash it all down!

    I went to Ruby’s with my parents before I came back to school and got a bunless "colossal burger" with cheese. …trust me, it really was colossal.

    Applebees has fantastic steak and veggies (I get my steak topped with shrimp and parm!)

    At TGIFriday’s I usually get the sizzling chicken but substitute broccoli for the potato, since the took the regular l/c sizzling chicken off the menu. At Applebee’s, my favorite is the chopped steat w/o the brown sauce and additional seasonal veggies substituted for the potato.

    I had some salmon with brocoli at Chilis last night. Yummy!

    I have the margarita chicken double broc and sometimes i keep the black beans or a hamburger no bun with broc and salad. Ruby Tuesdays I almost always get the new orleans seafood platter with double broc and salad.

    Last time i went to TJ Friday, i was so hangover i wanted some meat. I got their sirloin steak with pepper sauce and side of broccoli. It was simple, perfect , yummy and Low Carb…

    Applebee’s: Steak & Riblets, with bbq sauce on the side (I use a touch of it) and the house salad. Their salmon is pretty good, too.

    Chili’s: Fajitas

    At Fridays, I just had the turkey burger with no bun, a side of mayo to dip it in, and instead of fries, I had them bring me broccoli and green beans. It was really filling, and yummy!
