    I have a problem and weigh just about every day. I know that I should not because the scale does not tell the whole story. I know that I am losing more inches than the scale reflects. I only log in my weight in my journal once a week on Monday mornings even though I look at it daily – LOL

    I do the same thing Sails92..I weigh everyday..same time, but my weight fluctuates or does not move for a few days and then WHAMOO I loose 3 lbs…so I try not to weight everyday, but it is hard not to…I would say for someone that can do it..weight once a week at the same time…

    I was doing it every day but am now just going to weigh on Mondays. I’m trying to concentrate on how my clothes fit me.

    I don’t. I go by jean size. I know once I fit my size 12 Gap jeans I will be exactly the weight that I should be (I was at my correct weight when I wore them last).

    Im a chronic weigher, I must say. Few times a day for sure. Trying to stop it, lol.

    I do it once a day, but like flagal, I don’t see changes for 2-3 days. I’m okay with that because I know I’m not cheating and following the plan pretty closely. I have an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet with a big grid on it to write down my weight every day, and I like seeing the changes in writing even if it’s not every day.
