JuliaL…I got my DVD….thanks!

I got the kathy smith’s lifting to lose weight yesterday and I had a minute to review it and I think it is exactly what I was looking for to add some strength training to my routine. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for suggesting it!!! man, that chick is buff and exactly what I want to look like!!

I am thinking I am going to still do my elliptical everyday and then do the video (both upper & lower workouts) on monday, wed & fridays.

new month & new routine! I am excited

    just finished the upper workout on the dvd…I changed my mind, I am going to do elliptical & upper workout on mon, wed & friday and then elliptical & lower on tues, thurs & sat…rest on sunday. I also did the ab workout today on the dvd and she said on the dvd that I can do the abs everyday??? is that right??? I thought I needed to take a break? but if it’s all good then I will do that everyday…. man I can feel new muscles right now…yeah!!!!

    There is a lot of debate out there about how often you can work abs. Some say every day is fine – others say that like other muscle groups, abs need rest in between the workouts. Personally I don’t work abs every day (though maybe I should)
