I am thinking about setting a date to add weight loss to my focus. I hope I’m not jumping the gun or anything.

    I’m here Jenn B. I guess this board has dwindled to nada, but I am not giving up.

    I lost 4 lbs last week….due to a nasty flu and cold. Back on atkins food yesterday. I am seriously tired or toast, soup and crackers! I imagine I will shock my system at first and gain the weight back, we will see.

    My goal this month is to hit my tata twenty and fit into two pairs of size 22 jeans with total comfort, no tightness.

    How is everyone???

    I’m good. Tired of the junk. I’ve started incorporating more fruits into my diet. I haven’t eaten chocolate in days so I think my hormones are back to where they belong. Hooray for not having to deal with that again for another five years.
