I’m still managing to resist sugar, but I still think of it way too often. I’ve added more fruit into my diet and my whole grain bread. I’ve been eating some delicious broccoli/chicken soup the last few days with either a dish of homemade yogurt sweetened with stevia and flavored with orange or a yogurt/ berry smoothie for dessert. I usually snack on some nuts or venison sausage.
Time to do some cooking today. Living alone I don’t cook every day as what I make lasts for 3-4 days.
I’m going to try some variations on the bean flour muffins too.
