Quitting pop.
I have realized with the amount of pop I drink that it is not a good choice for me. I have not had any pop since before the weekend and am drinking water instead. I have found when I was drinking pop I never drank water. I am posting to try to keep myself accountable. No more pop for me.

I am guessing you are quitting diet pop? Good for you!! it will make you crave carbs….getting off of soda and caffeine are two of the best decisions a dieter can make! try drinking a bottle of water first thing in the morning before you eat…I found that it was the easiest place to add in some H2O. good luck!

I am a diet coke addict. I went from regular DC to caffeine free on New Years. EEK! That was a couple rough days. I have been drinking the same amount of DC since then and starting last friday I started subbing flavored seltzer for the soda (I like the bubbles) and today is my first day completely diet soda free and AS free! I have never ever been able to do this before!

I quit drinking diet pepsi about a week back into low carb… I have had an occasional pop when out to dinner out of town but 99% of the time I drink water. Most days I drink a gallon of water
