Rolled oats?
Good morning, a friend of mine was over last night and she said rolled oats have no carbs, I don’t want to argue with her but I thought they did! Google gave me very little info, what’s the truth? Thanks

Oh for heavens’ sakes. Anyone who thinks any kind of grains doesn’t have carbs is living in dreamland!

Yeah, what she said!
(Hmmm, if there were just enough peeps still thinking like that these days, I could go into business selling bridges: I’d start with Brooklyn of course, maybe the Tappan Zee next, and then move on to The Golden Gate. Rick-G, maybe you could convince your friend to invest in the International?) (You deserve a medal for being courteous and a tactful friend, I must say! )
