Still needing help

May I ask what you eat for morning lunch and dinner not what you can eat all together just like what did you have today only?? If you don’t mind helping me out.

    Breakfast – 2 eggs over easy, 3 bacon
    Lunch – lettuce/cucumber/tomato salad with 3 bacon and 1 tbsp ranch
    Snack – 2 oz cheddar cheese
    Dinner – 10 meatballs, 8 brussell sprouts, soya sauce
    Water – 8 x 8 oz and counting

    I should mention I am a super picky eater!

    Sure, Sarah. Today I didn’t feel like breakfast food for breakfast so I had 4.75 ounces of chicken with creamed curried spinach (3 g in the curry sauce, + 1.5 Tbsp heavy cream, but I’m on OWL and have more wiggle room in my carb count).

    For lunch I had a 6 ounce lean burger with 1 ounce jack cheese and 1 slice nitrate-free bacon.

    snacks:

    1 1/2 cups sliced English cucumber (just plain with a little kosher salt)

    7 ounces celery (4 long stalks cut in halves)

    1 hot beef stick (like a summer sausage stick or a slightly less prcessed slim jim, ha!)

    1 ounce cheddar cheese

    Dinner is a boneless skinless chicken thigh, and I don’t know, probably green beans with butter. This is a pretty light day for me though. I normally eat more than this.

    Okay, Sarah, I did end up having 1 1/2 cups green beans with 1/2 Tbsp butter along with my chicken. And this is what that day’s worth of food came out to:

    calories: 1568

    carbs: 28.5

    fiber: 10.9

    net carbs: 17.6

    percentage of calories from fat: 57%; from protein: 36%; from carbs: 7%

    Ha, that’s funny because I thought I was way off my percentages today, but actually that’s right about where I want everything. More often, my percentage will be something like 65/30/5 but I’m fine with going a little higher and lower on things; it’s not set in stone. The calories are right in the zone where I’m trying to be: 1400-1550 per day.

    I’m on Atkins 72 so this will look like less veggies than the current version of Atkins. Oh and I really love eggs

    3 eggs fried in coconut oil

    egg salad (3 eggs)

    2 pork ribs, steak and lc coleslaw

    Today for brunch and lunch I had fried cabbage with bacon bits and kielbosa (I fried a pound of bacon for various meal throughout the week, used some of the grease and the fried cabbage in bacon grease yum). I will be using the left over corned beef for breakfast over the weekend and make hash.

    Dinner, I tried the noodles (forget the name but they are like 1 carb made of tofu I think) and made what with fried baby scallops in a spicy thai sauce (jar/store bought) and small piece of talapia.

    Tomorrow, eggsalad w/bacon mixed in. Lunch probably chinese boneless spare ribs (girls always order out on Fridays at work) and dinner will be a toss up because I will be working late then traveling.

    I saw a recipe for skirt steak with a cilantro, garlic, lemon, cumin marinade – so may pick that up tomorrow for Saturday nite Make that with some avacado on the side.
