any experiences?

Someone suggested that these were good resistance bands and I was just wondering if anyone here has used these? and what you thought about them. Thanks to the OP for pointing them out, the reviews on Amazon were good. Just would like some personal experiences with them. tia for any info

Just thought I would share these three pictures from Sunday. Aug. 31st 2008. The day before Gustav. This was my view on the way home from church. The real rainy one I was still in Geneva Al. coming home. The other two are down the road from me (about five min away).

Today its just cloudy here, but in Eglin Airforce base, tornado warnings. From Fort Walton to Destin.

My first one was my real, original one.

Then I have one with little hearts that I wore as my band

Then I have one with the date of our wedding on it

Then I have my anniversary band with diamonds all around it.

They’re all 14K gold.

Anyhow, I had the one with the date on it.
Last night I was taking the trash out of my car and my ring went in the dumpster. Thank goodness it was the least of the ones I enjoy, but STILL!!!!!

Not happy.

On the upside, I tried my cargo pants on last night and they fit tightly!!!! Pretty soon I can wear them again!! Yay!!!

Anyone use these for toning also? I wanted some of these to do on the days that I didnt do Callenetics. Im looking for a set that has 3 different cords to use alone or together to add to the resistance. Any opinions of these would be great..

I am just starting out with strength training. I have read about resistance bands and the fact that they are also portable for travelling.

Can anyone recommend a particular brand or type?
