cholesterol?Has anyone seen a differnce?
Friday, December 26th, 2008Okay… I have been off track from this WOE for a while. I went to the doctor yesterday and my blood pressure was 150/106 and they checked my cholesterol and called me today and said it was 280. I was just wondering if anyone had high cholesterol and saw an improvement with this woe. Did you stay away from fried foods to get the cholesterol down?
