Thursday, March 5th, 2009they made a fauxtato (stove top hash brown) recipe using celery root (celeriac) diced along with diced green & red pepper & onion. I must try that. It looks easy enough that even this troll can’t screw it up. I imagine it would work with jicama as well. Drs Eades do make a lovely couple, i must say!!! Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI
