OMG, Yummm, this is definately my favorite LC meal
Thursday, March 5th, 2009I HAD to have an indulgence of some kind. This might be more of a maintenance meal, might not pass for induction, but I needed it!
1. Cook fresh or nuke 1 lb or more of leftover meat.
2. In well seasoned cast iron skillet, add 3-4 tbsp heavy cream. Add half a block of cream cheese, melt slowly. Add shredded cheddar. I had to use a little half and half to get it "saucy" enough, but I didn’t have many carbs today so I think I’ll be OK (I haven’t put all this in fitday yet, I’m kinda skeert to, I might go over a little!).
3. Cook broccoli until it’s done the way you like it.
4. Plate meat and sauce over broccoli.
5. Add crushed black pepper when serving.
6. Be careful, this is orgasmic.
7. When you’ve had your fill, add some more half and half to the sauce and stretch it so the kids will have some too!
