Last night I had cravings for bread but ate berries, cream and nuts AND quite a bit of cheese too, but I’m still down about a pound today
I’m not dieting but I guess since the last 10 pounds I gained are due to recent severe high carb binging they will probably come off if I don’t go back to the high carbs. I’m sure both me and my baby will benefit from this as being too overweight is not much better for a baby than being underweight. And I will not use my pregnancy to excuse my pigging out on sugar and high carbs. Cream and butter yes
but not high carbs. Not hungry this morning, had my usual water with ACV, pinch of epsom salt and herbal pill for low iron. Seeing my OB on Thursday and will then know if the pills are helping up my iron levels. (Sorry for long post, using this thread to keep accountable for eating wisely and sanely if that’s OK).
Brunch: probably egg yolks, CO, yogurth/creme fraîche with berries and nuts
Dinner: whole chicken baked in a claypot (don’t know the English name for it) with green beans, sauce made from the chicken juices and cream, butter and spices. Raw veggie salad.
Evening: don’t know yet. Maybe I’ll bake something without sugar/grains? Longing for something with a bit of "bready" feeling to it.
