Fridays water intake??

It worked so well yesterday to get me motivated to drink my water (i managed to get 80 oz. down) that I thought I’d try it again today.

Sooo how’s it going for everybody? I’m just getting started so I’m still working on my first 20 oz.

Fav. Low-Carb Meal @ Chili’s, TGI Friday’s, Ruby Tuesday’s, Apple Bee’s, etc.

I go out to eat frequently, and I was just wondering what everyone’s fav. low carb meal to get was for restaurants like Chili’s, Friday’s, etc.

At Chili’s I usually get the Wings over Buffalo, which only has 4 g carbs with the blue cheese dressing!

3 eggs scrambled w/cream cheese
4 bacon
half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
taco salad

Dinner:
corned beef
cabbage
broccoli

snacks:
2 oz. havarti w/jalapeno cheese
vanilla/maple tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
pecans

half decaf w/2 oz.light cream

Lunch:
deviled eggs
sliced cucumber
1/2 an orange bell pepper

Dinner:
hot wings
celery stuffed w/blue – cream cheese

snacks:
2 oz.fontina cheese
Highlands Honey tea w/heavy cream, Splenda
