I bought 12 different flavors of DaVinci’s syrups to use for slushies and snow cones for kids and me sometimes. What else can I do with the syrups?

I also bought a box of carbquik… anyone have any great do’s or don’ts for that. I myself eat very clean 99.99% of the time but I am looking for ideas for the kids and DH.

I also bought a bunch of the scandinavian crisp bread the my DD loves, she uses it for sandwiches or she spreads cream cheese on them.

I was quite anemic, 9.4, was my hemoglobin count, so the doc wrote a script for 325mg of Ferrous sulfate two wks ago. I started it. They tested my serum iron and my Total Iron Binding Capicity last Saturday. They call me last night to tell me to stop taking the ferrous sulfate because both levels are very high, (Serum "well over 200" and TIBC "Above 500").

So being the freak I am, I started looking at WebMD and wikipedia…NOT a good idea!

I go back for more blood work next wk….So now I know that my anemia isn’t caused by a lack of iron!

i have been hovering at 185.5-184 for the last like 4 days… this morning i woke up and after doing my mourning routine i weighed my self and phew finally 182 now hopefully by the end of my "lowcarb weeK" which is wed i can be into the 170s

I got an invitation to interview to be on THE BIGGEST LOSER SEASON 8!!!
I sent an email about my journey along w/ pics to the casting director – they replied yesterday with a few questions….I replied…..and tonight I got another email with an invite to interview in Houston in March!!!!
