I have been waffling about this for quite a while and really need some help.
First wondered where do most people that are here that are veggie, post?
Is there a forum for veggies doing LC? If not it sure would be great.
I want to stop the meat and all the fat for a while to work on my liver/gall bladder.
I want to stay as LC as possible because last time I did this the fruit I was eating caused very bad cravings.
I could really use some help.
What do you eat (can’t do cheese right now) besides soy (can’t have that either!) for protein? Beans, I am wondering if they are too high carb?
I can do eggs – but I can’t think of anything else?
Can anyone help?
I need meal ideas. I am really frustrated.
Besides salads (which I love – and will have one every day for lunch) what can I do for breakfasts and dinners?

I have been low carb-ing with my husband and sister in law for about 6 month now, and we are having some problems with recipes that call for soy. I have thyroid problems and was told now to do soy at all and my husband and sister in law are very allergic to soy, so besides almond flour what is a low carb flour that we can use in our baking. I know so little about healthy foods so any help would be very appreciated

This is my 2nd attempt at lc eating. I am the heaviest I have ever been. No clothes fit and I have a beach holiday/reunion in 2 weeks. I want to lose 10 pounds. I am highly motivated and have been good for 4 days, but not sure what to eat/how much. I have 15 pounds to lose to look decent.
I am mostly eating boiled eggs, grilled chicken, roasted green veggies, strawberries(okay?), a little cheese, green tea and milk. Two teaspoons of sugar in am coffee(as I live for this and don’t use artificial sweeteners.
Any tips? What plan should I consider to drop 10 fast?

I recently bought some 2% cheese singles and assumed that it was 1g carb per slice, but today I happened to glance at the label and it lists 3g of carbs!! Is that even possible?
All the cheese i’ve ever bought has been listed as 0g or 1g carb per serving. I’ve always counted 1g per oz. Why would this cheese be 3g of carbs? 
Can someone explain it to me, please. I am listing the nutritional label information and ingredients.

My husband I are going on a wonderful vacation-that is the good news! Anyway, we are going to be on a sail boat with 4 other folks that do not eat LC and we will be cooking most of our meals on the boat. I did pick up a package of jerkey to take but not quite sure how to handle breakfast when everyone else is eating oatmeal. Any suggestions???????????????
