Well, it’s not Feb 1 but I’m finally here.
Friday, March 20th, 2009Whew! My goal was to be at 150 by Feb. 1st. Today the scale finally hit it. I’m not disappointed I didn’t meet my timeline. I’m thrilled I’ve lost 14 pounds since Jan. 2nd. Even though I have only lost 2 pounds in six weeks, my body shape has changed, I am fitting into old clothes, my hunger level has decreased and my energy level has increased.
So for those of you who have been losing slowly….don’t despair….hang in there…..you can do it.
Things I have been doing well:
carb friendly foods in the fridge at all times
exercise
watching carbs and calories
Things needing improvement:
more water
more veggies
less alcohol
