Meal Plan options-Low Carb

I was wondering if anyone else has sign on for their easy meal plans and grocery shopping aids?
I’ve been searching for a program, and don’t want to pay for Weight Watchers again. This program costs $15/month. The only problem I have with this program are the grocery stores that they use seem to be Southern based, I am in New England.
Is there another program like this that I am not aware of that is New England based?
There are so many options to choose from for meal planning. I’m going for the low carb-2 person plan.
Any advice would be great!
