What are your percentages protein/fat etc?

In your daily menu, what percentage of protein, vs fat, vs carbs do you generally have? No particular reason, just curious. TIA!
Any help with this? Am limiting myself to 30 grams carbs per day but to keep from being hungry and weak am ending up eating too many calories of fat (turning to cheese for example) or way too much protein. So am having difficulty balancing low carbs, limiting calories and not over doing it on the protein. Laura Richard’s book The Secret to Low Carb Success says too much protein can lead to weight gain. Too much fat equals too many calories and can also lead to weight gain. Am having trouble losing weight.

Here are the stats:
I’m 5′4
24 years of age
current weight 180
goal weight 140-135 pounds
I’ve been struggling with this darn thing. I know even though I’m trying to stuff in the good things, too much of a good thing can become a bad thing. Is this suitable?
Protein (75-80 grams)
Calories (whatever just as long as it doesn’t exceed 1500)
Fat (60 grams)
Carbs (since I’m just starting off 0 if I can *sighs* but I doubt it)
