I wanna chat too, guys! I’m new to this forum. I’m 31, low-carbed years ago & lost 25 lbs. Now I need to drop at least 70 to be in a healthy place. I’ve been low-carbing for over a week & doing pretty good. I promised myself I wouldn’t weigh until after 2 weeks, but I think it’s working because I have all this energy & my sleeping problems have disappeared the last 4 days or so.

Anyway, anyone want to talk to me on here, snail mail, email, whatever. I get lost in some of the super threads in here, so I thought I’d start a new one. I just moved & don’t have any friends for support or fun. My hubby is supportive, but not dieting, so it’s just not enough for me.

Thanks guys. I LOVE this site so far! It’s gonna take me a year just to get through all this info.
