I’m starting Stillman’s today…I have about 15 pounds to lose and they are being stubborn
. So I’m hoping that this will get me off this stall that doesn’t seem to want to go away
. I just hope I can achieve my goals by summer

Trial is set for Monday, and I’m not even preparing because I’ll accept any offer they make at this point. After hearing the defense describe me, I don’t even like myself! 
I know that a jury will be comprised of people who don’t like fat people and think that cosmetic surgery (albeit "reconstructive") is frivilous. There have been mistakes made on both legal sides, in the doctor’s reports and I’ve done some stupid things myself. Bottom line is that going to trial is a crap shoot. I KNOW I’ll win, but if the amount isn’t higher than their last offer, I’ll have to pay THEIR fees as well. I’d be better off to take the money and run.
I was hoping to hear yesterday, but with the Jewish holiday, none of the attorneys were in. So, please wish me luck today so I can get my "house" back in order and return permanently to my family here on the board.
